“Yesterday we had to have our best friend of nearly 16 years put to sleep, we had a lady called Caitlin come out and honestly there aren’t enough good words in the world to describe how much more comfortable and at peace she helped me and my family feel. If anyone is wondering about doing this than a standard euthanasia in the vets I promise it is worth every penny. She was so patient and gave us time to process what had just happened and I honestly could not recommend this company and particularly caitlyn enough. Caitlyn if you see this, thank you so much for everything you and your team do x.”

“A perfect day. I took Audrey out for her final walk around the castle then it was tuna and hairdryer and then she settled down on the sofa for a nap until the doorbell went. She got down, sniffed and licked the vet then got back onto the sofa ready for sleep. It was all so calm and peaceful with all her family around telling stories about her until she was placed in a basket and taken to the car. Only when the car drove off did my heart break.”

“It was a relief to have someone who was gentle, kind and patient to help my boy Wallace pass over in peace, he passed away at home in my arms with family around him.
